  • Overview and Responsibilities

    This position is responsible for working with the Content Distribution Services team in the preparation of reports, financial data and analysis related its screenings and print control functions.

    Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

    • Works with the Content Distribution Services team and its vendors where appropriate
    • Maintains records of content distribution delivery history
    • Generates POs
    • Maintains vendor records and updates vendors in SAP
    • Tracks POs created for each title to ensure they are within the given finance budget
    • Assists in maintaining WW PO Workbooks
    • Liaises with GLSM to maintain invoice payments
    • Assures territories are creating POs within 24 hours of all issued PO requests
    • Assists in reconciling WW invoices to POs /quantities ordered
    • Coordinates weekly reports with vendors
    • Works with Content Distribution Services Team and vendors on reconciling invoices
    • Generates bi-weekly International Release Date Schedule and distributes accordingly

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 0-2 years relevant experience
    • Proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet software

    Additional Qualifications

    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience in entertainment industry
    • Self-motivated, self-starter
