  • Overview and Responsibilities

    The Corporate Communications group manages Paramount’s internal and external communications, including press releases and other media coverage. We are looking for a dynamic team player with excellent written and oral communication skills to join the team as Executive Assistant reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications. This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications as well as to the Corporate Communications team as needed.


    Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

    • Maintains & circulates agendas for department meetings
    • Takes departmental minutes and circulates as requested
    • Books travel as requested
    • Maintains and submits expense reports in accordance with PPC policies
    • Oversees gate passes to ensure visitors are granted access as needed
    • Distributes publicity materials such as clips and photography to press
    • Tracks press requests and develops relationships with press and media
    • Organizes office files
    • Manages daily phone logs for incoming and outgoing calls
    • Coordinates conference room requests and bookings

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Minimum two years relevant work experience
    • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Detail oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
    • Proficient with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Snapchat
