  • Overview and Responsibilities

    The Executive Assistant supports the Vice Presidents of International Publicity in the day-to-day workings of a busy global office and, when needed, pitching in as a team player helping other members of the department in the completion of special projects and/or publicity events. 

    • Answers phone, schedules meetings, maintains contacts and calendar for Vice President
    • Acts as the point of contact for all vendors and on-boarding
    • Plans and coordinates travel for Vice Presidents
    • Generates expense reports for Vice Presidents
    • Assists with publicity screenings
    • Assists with press events (press junkets, premieres and tours)
    • Sends out publicity breaks to filmmakers and studio executives
    • Manages database by updating press, industry and vendor contacts
    • Handles the shipping and couriering of general office materials
    • Manages the processing of all department invoices

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required
    • 2+ years relevant work experience
    • Proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point, FileMaker Pro and Internet software

    Additional Qualifications

    • Good written, verbal and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to interface with staff, internal and external contacts, and senior management in a courteous and efficient manner
    • Able to work in fast paced environment, multi-task, detail oriented, prioritize and manage projects
