  • Overview and Responsibilities

    Thie Executive Assistant will provide support for the Paramount Home Media Distribution (PHMD) organization. The deparmtnent is responsible for the coordination support of the day-to-day execution of Customer Marketing & TV Partnership teams. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams in aspects of the physical and digital release strategies.

    • Supports the Teams in the coordination of meetings, marketing materials and cross functional communication
    • Routes assets/title information to retailers for digital/.com usage
    • Audits retailer sites & physical stores to ensure Title compliance
    • Arranges detailed travel plans and itineraries, and compiles travel documentation and expense reports
    • Assiss in assembly of monthly pitch decks and marketing documents to inform account teams & retail partners
    • Works with cross functional teams including Retail, Brand, Creative, Sales, Operations to ensure timely communication and execution of programs
    • Supports the process needed to request purchase orders and submit invoices for vendors
    • Orders office supplies, retains product within filing system, internal communication, generate gate-passes, ship materials, coordinate catering, request agenda items
    • Supports in system updates and inputs of Paramount portfolio of titles
    • Co-ordinates with cross studio teams including Consumer Products, Theatrical & Promotions to develop Retail specific programs
    • Gathers articles for distribution of weekly TV Partners’ e- blasts
    • Compiles metadata, assemble and distribute sales slides for TV Partners
    • Works with the systems and programs used at PHMD to input data, submit requests, track information & research product information

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and / or related field
    • 3+ years marketing experience, retail / digital distribution experience a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint & Photoshop
