  • Overview and Responsibilities

    The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the EVP WW Marketing Research & Strategy and the Research Department.  In addition, the position will allow for the opportunities to learn about the field of movie marketing research and strategy. 

    • Maintains Executive Vice President’s calendars and schedules coordinating meetings, presentations and appointments
    • Understands time zones and organizes return calls accordingly
    • Prints, compiles and maintains folders and documents of relevant materials for meetings and understands the calendar to anticipate what will be needed
    • Arranges travel plans and itineraries, and compiles documents for travel-related meetings
    • Answers and screens a high volume of phone calls and email, taking action when appropriate and following up as needed
    • Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other documents such as expense reports
    • Performs additional administrative duties such as ordering meals, filing, typing, and copying document
    • Prepares gate passes to ensure visitors are granted access as needed
    • Maintains phone log of incoming and outgoing calls
    • Maintains department contact information and distributes regularly
    • Willing and able to pitch in with basic review of research material, databases and spreadsheets
    • Maintains discretion when dealing with confidential documents and reports
    • Assists in the development of deliverables/presentations for various departments within the studio

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree
    • 3+ years related experience
    • Proficiency with Photoshop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet software

    Additional Qualifications

    • Familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures
    • Has an interest in movies and movie marketing and curiosity about movie research
    • Strong multi-tasker with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once
    • Comfortable with numbers and excel spreadsheets, accurate and detail oriented
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, other administrators, internal and external customers and senior management
    • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple high priorities
