    As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of all executive work supporting the EVP WW Acquisitions.

    • Maintaining and organizing active daily schedules
    • Scheduling complex meetings
    • Prepares PowerPoint presentations and slides
    • Performs internal and external distribution of agreements and correspondence
    • Composes and generates letters and memos; proofreading and editing on documents prepared by supervisor
    • Liaises with internal departments and external entities as needed
    • Answers phones, order supplies, photocopies material, distributes and routes incoming and outgoing mail that may include large distribution lists
    • Arranges travel and generates expense reports
    • Prioritizes tasks and project deliverables to ensure daily activities are handled in a timely manner

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum two years equivalent work experience
    • Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

    Additional Qualifications

    • Agency experience preferred
    • Interest or prior experience in Film Acquisitions/Production Festivals/Markets, or Independent Film
    • Ability to be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast paced and exciting environment
    • Superior communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work with staff, internal and external contacts (including production staff, outside vendors and partner company representatives) and senior management
    • Ability to handle confidential materials and issues
    • Strong resourcefulness and sound judgment
