    Overview and Responsibilities


    This position will be providing support to the SVP of Film Analysis for domestic distribution, including gathering, inputting, and distributing film release information internally and externally!

    Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

    • Prepares and distributes weekend film release results with historical analysis to Marketing and Distribution executives at the highest level
    • Arranges and dispenses box office estimates and studio provided grosses report
    • Responsible for the film specific data maintenance within proprietary distribution system
    • Prepares and analyzes information for weekend projection of grosses
    • Performs DMA analysis reports for the domestic Distribution and Marketing teams
    • Distributes weekly release schedules internally
    • Cross trains with the other Coordinator Film Analysis and the analysis team
    • Provides administrative support, including conference room bookings, phone coverage, expense reporting and travel planning

    Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1+ years of  related experience (including internships)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with experienced level skills in Excel and Internet software

    Additional Qualifications

    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with working with senior executives
    • Balance several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
    • Prioritize and work well under time constraints
    • Natural curiosity about and passion for film distribution and understanding of how the theatrical distribution business works
