Overview and Responsibilities

The Coordinator, International Interactive Marketing is primarily responsible for supporting the Senior Manager and Executive Director in the execution of international theatrical digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Budget and Legal
  • Maintains budget spreadsheet
  • Creates Purchase Orders and handles invoicing process
  • Facilitates communication between the vendors and the legal team while contracts and SOWs are being drafted and keeps track of their status
  • Summarizes legal requirements for our markets


  • Oversees global Facebook Pages, Twitter handles, Instagram accounts, and YouTube channels including conversation calendaring and performance monitoring
  • Creates wrap-up reports at the end of each campaign
  • Updates the Social Audit and Talent Social Audit documents
  • Helps SVP with any ad-hoc reporting
  • Asset Management and Creative
  • Coordinates digital marketing content (clips, trailers, etc.): tracks status across internal departments and maintains the International Rollout document for each title
  • Disseminates information about launches and available digital assets to worldwide marketing groups
  • Collects source files from vendors and shares them with international markets
  • Helps Senior Manager route local creative to legal and provide creative feedback
  • Participates in brainstorm sessions and helps build International Digital Marketing Campaigns presentations

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience in online/offline marketing, advertising or related business
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field preferred
  • Experience at an agency or studio/TV network environment executing digital creative and social campaigns
  • Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development and brand development
  • International experience a plus

  • Self-starting, critical thinker, organized and detail oriented, as this position interacts with numerous internal groups (both in home office and 50+ marketing teams worldwide)
  • Thorough understanding of social platforms, including best practices, mastery of Analytics/Insights tools, etc. 
  • Analytical and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Keynote, Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator a plus
  • Must work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and have a desire to learn and grow within the team
