Overview and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for supporting the Worldwide Marketing Partnerships team as required with a focus on the partnership development and execution of theatrical promotional campaigns.


*Support pitch team by maintaining status documents and pitch materials, creating case studies / wrap reports, and researching brands

*Coordinate logistics of pitch presentations, partner meetings, & events (e.g. Licensing Show & Toy Fair)

*Support execution team by maintaining promotional overviews and partnership summaries on all assigned film titles

*Track and catalogue promotional documents

*Ongoing competitive research

*Miscellaneous team and office needs as related to above responsibilities

*Answer phones and perform administrative duties as directed 


Basic Qualifications


*       Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

*       Minimum 3 years work experience, preferably with entertainment or advertising agency background

*       Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power Point, and Excel

*       Proficiency in design software a plus (Photoshop, Illustrator)

*       Keen interest in film and brand marketing a plus
