Overview and Responsibilities

This position within the Paramount Home Media Distribution (PHMD) organization is responsible for coordination of the day-to-day execution of Retail Marketing programs. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams in aspects of the physical and digital release strategies.

 

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

  • Participates in the development of title specific marketing strategies to launch or re-promote PHMD New Release and Catalog titles
  • Develops account specific marketing programs for retail partners, targeted to their core consumer
  • Assists in the execution and implementation of account-specific promotional plans through a variety of tactics including promotions, social media and consumer facing marketing vehicles
  • Coordinates the Retail Marketing team’s marketing materials and cross functional communication meetings
  • Updates monthly pitch decks and marketing documents to inform account teams and retail partners
  • Works with cross functional teams including Retail, Brand, Creative, Sales, Operations to ensure timely communication and execution of programs
  • Supports the process needed to request purchase orders and submit invoices for vendors
  • Maintains documents that can be shared internally to communicate timelines / deadlines for key projects
  • Co-ordinates with cross studio teams including Consumer Products, Theatrical & Promotions to develop Retail specific programs
  • Works with the systems and programs used at PHMD to input data, submit requests, track information to research product information

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and / or related field
  • 3+ years marketing experience, retail / digital distribution experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Photoshop
